Our clients (Restaurants, Cafes, Spas, Retail Stores, Inns, et. al.) provide ListenKeenly/Database Sciences with customer contact data, which ListenKeenly/Database Sciences uses to invite customers to complete customers satisfaction surveys, personalize the invitations, and customize the surveys. We only use customers’ e-mail addresses for survey invitations. Furthermore, we do not sell, or make available to anyone outside our organization, customers’ email addresses.

Responses are transmitted back to our client, in aggregate, without any personally identifying information attached unless you opt-in to either; a) request to be contacted by our client (e.g. a restaurant) to personally discuss your experience, or b) permit our client to contact you about your experience and feedback. Our surveys typically provide an opportunity to opt-in to a) or b).
